Here’s how the laptop repair process works:
Step 1 - Your laptop is picked up
- We will collect your laptop from your office or home, completely FREE of charge if you go ahead with the repair, the same day (before 2pm) or a preferred day of your choice. If you are not in the Cambridgeshire area, we will dispatch an insured courier.
- All you need to do is put the laptop, mains adapter or power lead (and recovery discs if possible), safely in a box (or laptop bag only if no box is available).
- We immediately confirm laptops arrival by email.
Step 2 - You receive a quote for the repair
- All quotes are sent by email within 24 hours of laptop arrival. We will also give you an estimated completion date.
- If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, there is a £10 handling fee and a £10 delivery fee.
Step 3 - We carry out the repair
- Most repairs are carried out within within 24hrs of your approval (subject to the availability of parts).
- Complicated repairs can take between 3-5 days to repair.
Step 4 - Your laptop is sent back
- As soon as the laptop repair is complete & tested, you can pay with your credit card, and the laptop is returned back to you.
- All work include a 12 month warranty on the repair done.
